Katie: Let's talk a little bit about admin settings. As an administrator, you will have access to admin settings by going down where you can find your name and the account name, and click the little arrow. There, you can see your Account Settings, and you'll have the option of managing users, SSO if that's available in your plan, API keys if that's available in your plan, as well as account integrations. You also have the option to log out here. Let's start with managing users. On your Manage User screen, you'll have your "Add New" option on the upper right-hand corner. If we click "Add New", you'll complete the first name, last name, and email address of the individual you want to add to Casted. There are three roles you can select when adding a new user. One is an Admin, which is someone who can access and edit everything as well as adding or removing other users. Next is your Author, and they will have full access to manage content, meaning they can add new content, they can remove content, but they won't be able to access any account settings. So they can't manage users, add API keys, manage SSO, or anything like that. A Viewer, just as it sounds, can log in and view all of the content, view performances, look at metrics, but they won't be able to actually impact anything. Once you've completed all of your fields and selected a role, click "Save Changes". This will send an invitation to your user, so they can create their account and login to Casted. As you add more and more users, your list will start looking like this. To manage or edit a user, click on the menu button and you can either edit their information or remove them entirely.
