Katie: A great way to level up your content, connect with your audience, and increase your results is to integrate Casted with your martech stack. The first integration we're going to talk about is the Casted and Drift integration. This integration allows you to add a Drift chat bot to your Casted pages and players so you can easily engage and interact with your audience. To install the Drift integration, you first need your Drift site ID. We have instructions in our Help Center on how to find this. Once you have your Drift site ID, you'll click on the Collection you want to add it to, go to "Page Design", and "Links and Integrations". Paste your Drift site ID, and there's your chatbot! Next is the Casted and YouTube integration. This integration streamlines your workflow by allowing you to publish to YouTube at the same time that you publish your content in Casted, so you don't have to upload and publish in multiple places. To set up the YouTube integration, go to the Collection and "Page Design", then to "Links and Integrations". Scroll down until you see "YouTube", and then click YouTube to begin the setup. This will take you to a sign-in page so you can connect it with your YouTube account. Once you've completed signing in, the YouTube logo will disappear and you'll see this "Unlink Integration" button. This means that your integration was set up successfully. With our YouTube integration, you can toggle on "Auto Publish Future Content", and this means that anything that you publish in Casted moving forward will automatically publish to YouTube as well. The integration will publish your content, your title, and your description. If you choose not to auto publish your content, you can do this on a one- to- one basis as well. To send content to YouTube on a one-to-one basis, go to your "Items" list, select the content you want to send to YouTube, and click "Share". Click the YouTube logo, and you can edit your title and description and click "Begin Upload". Another great way of streamlining your workflow is integrating with HubSpot Media Bridge or WordPress. These integrations allow you to easily drop Casted content into blog posts or websites without having to go back and forth between two systems or manage any long embed codes. HubSpot Media Bridge, as you can see here, is installed through the HubSpot integration. Visit our Help Center for documentation on installing the HubSpot integration, as well as working with HubSpot Media Bridge. Our WordPress integration is actually installed through a plugin. Visit our Help Center for full instructions on how to install the plugin and begin working with the WordPress plugin. Other integrations that we offer, and arguably the most powerful, are HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot. Now, first, it's really important to preface that a custom domain is required for any of these integrations to function. Next, I'm going to dive into exactly how these work, using HubSpot as an example. So let's say this is a site visitor and potential prospect. He visits a page on your website and completes a form, maybe for a live event or a subscription, or to access gated content. Now that we know this site visitor is James, he'll have a first party cookie following his journey, tracking and storing his activity. Installing the Casted integration allows the cookie to live within the Casted players and pages, so when that user engages with your content, the cookie will match the user to a known contact and appends engagement data to that contacts record. You can then easily see in your CRM or MAP if a contact has interacted with any of your content. Additionally, you can set up reports, dashboards, or even workflows. For example, you can notify an SDR, BDR or AE if a specific prospect interacts with your content, so they can reach out to them quicker, provide more content, and bring them further down the funnel.
