Working closely with the CEO, you’ll be a part of the executive team and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to scale the business through our next stages of growth.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2><ul><li>Data-driven, results-oriented, strategic B2B SaaS marketer</li><li>8-10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3-5+ years leading teams</li><li>Strengths in demand generation, integrated marketing strategy, and ABM</li><li>Experience within a fast-growing venture-backed startup; ideally in growth stages from $2M to $20M ARR</li><li>Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to grow, coach, and develop a marketing team</li><li>Experience developing, managing, and optimizing an annual marketing budget</li><li>Strong appreciation for Brand and Content and a history of success leveraging content to drive demand and generate pipeline</li><li>Proven track record partnering with Sales to increase conversion rates throughout the funnel</li><li>Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management: lead stages, conversion optimization, lead routing, database management, lead scoring, nurture streams, and revenue attribution</li></ul><p><br></p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul><li>Understand overall business vision, goals, and priorities and translate them into a data-driven integrated marketing strategy to drive leads and ultimately generate revenue</li><li>Lead ABM strategy and other programs to engage target accounts</li><li>Lead and grow inbound marketing programs, including SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Community, Content, Events, Sponsorships, and other channels</li><li>Lead a small and growing marketing team in strategies for Marketing Communications, Events, Product Marketing, Content, and Demand Gen to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, resources, messaging, and KPIs</li><li>Partner with RevOps and Sales to align on priorities, goals, and measurement; drive maximum conversion optimization of leads; and amplify coordinated pipeline building efforts</li><li>Partner with Customer Experience team to drive customer loyalty and account expansion</li><li>Develop and track comprehensive metrics and KPIs, and advise on the effectiveness and future direction of our lead generation marketing campaigns and investments</li><li>Lead with data, working closely with RevOps to develop consistent, standardized, and reliable reports and dashboards to measure and manage program performance</li><li>Forecast, plan, measure, analyze, and report the impact of programs and campaigns on marketing funnel, sales pipeline, and revenue (ROI)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interested? What You’ll Do
