Integrations Engineer

<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> As VP of Marketing, you will lead Casted’s marketing team with a data-centric, growth-minded approach that will generate both pipeline and brand affinity. You will manage a talented and growing team of B2B marketers leveraging the best channels, technologies, platforms, and methods available to reach new customers and existing customers, alike. You’ll develop segment-specific strategies to target our audience of enterprise and mid-market B2B marketing leaders and engage them through every stage of the marketing funnel. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll be a part of the executive team and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to scale the business through our next stages of growth. <h2>Who You Are</h2><ul><li>Data-driven, results-oriented, strategic B2B SaaS marketer</li><li>8-10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3-5+ years leading teams</li><li>Strengths in demand generation, integrated marketing strategy, and ABM</li><li>Experience within a fast-growing venture-backed startup; ideally in growth stages from $2M to $20M ARR</li><li>Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to grow, coach, and develop a marketing team</li><li>Experience developing, managing, and optimizing an annual marketing budget</li><li>Strong appreciation for Brand and Content and a history of success leveraging content to drive demand and generate pipeline</li><li>Proven track record partnering with Sales to increase conversion rates throughout the funnel</li><li>Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management: lead stages, conversion optimization, lead routing, database management, lead scoring, nurture streams, and revenue attribution</li></ul> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul><li>Understand overall business vision, goals, and priorities and translate them into a data-driven integrated marketing strategy to drive leads and ultimately generate revenue</li><li>Lead ABM strategy and other programs to engage target accounts</li><li>Lead and grow inbound marketing programs, including SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Community, Content, Events, Sponsorships, and other channels</li><li>Lead a small and growing marketing team in strategies for Marketing Communications, Events, Product Marketing, Content, and Demand Gen to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, resources, messaging, and KPIs</li><li>Partner with RevOps and Sales to align on priorities, goals, and measurement; drive maximum conversion optimization of leads; and amplify coordinated pipeline building efforts</li><li>Partner with Customer Experience team to drive customer loyalty and account expansion</li><li>Develop and track comprehensive metrics and KPIs, and advise on the effectiveness and future direction of our lead generation marketing campaigns and investments</li><li>Lead with data, working closely with RevOps to develop consistent, standardized, and reliable reports and dashboards to measure and manage program performance</li><li>Forecast, plan, measure, analyze, and report the impact of programs and campaigns on marketing funnel, sales pipeline, and revenue (ROI)</li></ul> Interested? This role will help lead support specialists, support engineers, and integration engineers to ensure the best experience for our Customers. We believe supporting our customers is not just about answering tickets, but taking feedback all the way through to new roadmap features, bug fixes, or new integrations. In many cases, your team will turn a support ticket into a small project and release it into the product. Other times, your team may document the requirements and work with a Product Manager to include it in the roadmap and communicating timelines to customers.&nbsp;Your main priority is your team - leveling up individuals as they strive to become more technical and advance their career. This team is new, so you’ll get to select systems, create processes, and organize team members to ensure everyone finds a healthy rhythm.&nbsp;You’ll be on the Product Leadership Team working with design, engineering, and product management as well as the Customer Experience team. As a key member of the team, you’ll also share opinions and contribute to what we build, as well as how, when, and why.Some bullets points about what a day might look like:<ul><li>Participate in the product selection workflow, including shaping ideas, highlighting risks, and voting on what gets prioritized</li><li>Scope tickets and communicate complexity and feasibility</li><li>Manage and maintain support ticket system (we use Hubspot now, but happy to move based on your recommendation)</li><li>Create documentation, especially in the knowledge base to continually support customers</li><li>Create KPIs and measure the success of your team</li><li>Organize and prioritize incoming tickets, small projects, and escalate larger requests</li><li>Work closely with Customer Success Managers to estimate delivery of fixes and communicate with customers</li></ul> Interested? Product Experience Manager

<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>Casted is entering the next phase in our product development and that means we need help leveling up our design. We’re looking for someone who can brainstorm ideas, refine sketches into screens, and provide a high level of polish across our platform.&nbsp;This role is focused on creating intuitive and beautiful user experiences for users of our platform and listeners of our embedded players. It’s also highly collaborative, working with our head of UX to craft experiences, collaborating with developers to implement designs, and brainstorming with stakeholders to understand how the UI should come to life.Bullets points of stuff we’re looking for: <ul><li>Experience designing UI screens and elements for a software application</li><li>Experience collaborating with stakeholders, designers, and developers</li><li>Can build designs and prototypes in tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc</li><li>Strong skills in designing user interfaces with knowledge in conventions and opinions on how interfaces should work</li></ul> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2>Play an important role in bringing the product vision to life. You’ll work closely with developers, product, and stakeholders to build the product.
