Maggie Crowley : What's up. Welcome to Build. This is Maggie. Today, I'm sharing an important update about the podcast, but first I've got a little story. Back in 2019, our now chief brand officer Dave Gerhardt. But back then someone, and I knew as DG wrote a medium article about the importance of personal brand and building a company brand. He wrote that even with our podcasts, Drift was building a brand synonymous with its employees because it's important for our customers to know the face of who's building and really who's behind the product that they're buying. Of course, there's always the risk that the employee leaves the company. But Dave's point was that the benefits of that relationship that your employees can build with your customers was going to far outweigh that one specific risk of somebody leaving. For almost four years, I've had the chance to get to know so many of Drift's customers. I've come to understand their pain points. And I've learned to lead a product team that keeps the customer at the center of everything that we do. This podcast has been absolutely instrumental for me and learning the tactics and strategies I needed to do my job day in and day out for our customers. I also like to think that this podcast has not only helped my personal brand as a product leader, but that it has also helped you all gain trust and loyalty in the Drift brand. I've met amazing people as guests on the show, as customers, and of course, as coworkers at Drift, but it's time for me to take on a new adventure. Today, I'm announcing my departure from Drift. And with that, you won't be hearing any new episodes from this podcast feed. If you're a newer listener, I encourage you and I really hope that you go back and listen to some of the other 86 episodes that we've produced. There are some really great ones about pricing, and packaging, and how to write a one pager, prioritization and so much more, really all stuff that I was learning with our customers as we were building this company and this product. I just want to say thank you to everyone who subscribed, has come along on this journey with me. The notes and the questions and the DMs have made this whole thing absolutely worth it. And just like how some companies build in public, those of you who have been listening from the beginning have really seen me build myself in public. And along the way, I hope I was able to help by sharing the stories from our team and our guests. If you've enjoyed the podcast and want to connect, you can always find me on Twitter @ maggiecrowley. And with that one final time, thanks team.
