Welcome to the desert at 5 million dollar podcast. I'm Sean find and I'm at my post Allie Whitfield, this show is brought you by other clothes of vanilla soft company. Only, why don't you introduce these guessing? Maybe what we talked about today and one of the two of us was good enough to play a decent level. I never was you up but we need one about the show, that's wrong and leave it, but she played in the sub in Premier League so you know you're not semi pro tennis primarily and here he scored goals from my from my recollection. Is that? So you know he's not like tons of goes like a safety plan. He wants to make sure he's in class. That's why I know about him.

The pleasure of Michigan Sports. Actually, I had a mishap on Monday and I managed to break it is my voice for you.

But did you win the game?

But now it's all right. Well so I used to play professional soccer. If I have to say the s word to PDF by God a anyway. So play the end up going after college. I thought I wanted to be messy, which obviously failed miserably for me, specific enough for him.

Play some professional football team. While I was playing, I started. But anyways after I finish my career, I ended up. So I was two years ago has nothing about their nature to Serbian.

So we can manage to do that. I've been that you can probably sell just about

After after that, I have to give it gets too before our location face. I was there for 6 something years. Basically the sales and operations against a higher at the trains, all that stuff. And hopefully I was thinking of the one thing I noticed and entrepreneurs and especially people that played a sport, she doesn't know the funny enough. You said it I actually just drink tennis and do my MBA when I was playing some professional tennis. Back in the day, one thing I look at it's always competitiveness is the reason one of the reasons why

two sales and went and talked to your ship is because you're not that competitive. You like that win-loss? You love that adrenaline or was it another reason like your parents were not for your shipper or how did you get into that?

Both of those entrepreneurs through and through the eyes of a child.

I enjoyed and every single call cuz I was a telemarketer up and I enjoyed being the one my mind winning by scheduling a booking whatever I thought I want. So for me I kind of do a barrel to Sports Zone. So maybe maybe the youngster what's the what's the current business right now? What is what exactly do you do and what does your company do?

Yeso Drive sales. So we built a CRM specifically for moving companies globally. So anybody Shipping Company specifically, tailored to meet the requirements for the business that is very hard to give a sales at service, so they'll see that we don't know how I'm going on outside about you. All right.

That's the way you do things. But, you know, sauce is on sales tax in that kind of Market will surprise you. When you start this out, surely that was something that just crept up on you that you couldn't provide for. I never specifically LED building a product

Things that go into building and managing a product, including the deputy man, not to say anything further.

So, who would I guess, who were some of the first important fires that you did. When you started the company, I guess, how did you also get those first clients within the business sales, for me? I believe. Thoroughly that every company runs on sales, are what are you say, Pollock, like rose, whatever you want to do.

Still looking to grow up where some people that are they decided to take a chance and roll with me. So that's how we started. Releasing Mustangs is outside of that, and what is it like? So, it's like, you might have someone in Brazil randomly, you're literally Global. I didn't know. It was a different time zone for support hours. It takes is all of these different things that come with being Global. I wonder what that's like to do.

Any surprises ball today. Generally know everything is going to be. Do I get to figure out that you're not making a mistake or a wrong stop. So I can do the company because the foundation is super super important important to be able to solve the problem of a u-turn.

Well, you're growing your business. What are some of the early mistakes? I know, everyone says, we have tons of mistakes. You know, we're still making mistakes mistakes that you feel that you look like, like, you know what? I wish I did this differently. If we are talking about

How to set up? All the people and processes were. I knew exactly what's going to happen.

But I actually didn't I talked about I did some of those things are there wasn't a hundred percent profit and the hours that we really should have a bunch of things out properly. Yo Ma Kylie.

I want to like one of the competitors, like all they can passes to do exactly what you do. I need because I'm picturing them but what is it like for you to sell? So are you going up against a big company? Has already established that you're kind of thinking that clients away from the mall that you're always hearing this objection. But what about this company? How do you compare to that price or you the first people in the company of the first places? Or what was it like to see? Around is very busy, but it is so it might not be

I love the question, and if I knew where the company for 40-something years ago, they do everything that I do or I don't, we do everything.

I truly believe how you deal with those people that give you a shot or since you're able to, make sure they're happy places while I'm not sure what their customer.

But I am not scared in the slightest.

Actually I agree with you. There are a lot of money but big that you can definitely feel some of that market episode. But I'm going to 2023, you know we heard the word recession going on. We here we see a lot of layoffs going on in the tech world. How are you guys handling it? And are you guys kind of changing things that you've done the last New Year's Eve on a hiring freeze? Are you hiring? Are you trying to lower your costs? Are you trying to become properly? What's changing in your world? Now that we are kind of potential in a mild recession? Going into one or maybe not even having one like you guys change your business tomorrow at all over the last two years coming into this.

No, we hired we're still a long time. Now I believe you will be able to hire good people. I want to make sure they're happy and make sure they were pissing people off.

I'm trying to make sure that generally most excited about going further and we saw the tech layoffs have been going. Hopefully I can take them before we do. I do have a few questions.
