Lindsay Tjepkema: Okay. So you started your podcast a few months ago. You have got a season or maybe two or maybe more under your belt, and your processes are rolling and you're feeling like the show is on a solid ground from an execution standpoint. Okay. But then one day your head of content maybe shoots you a Slack message, something like this. Hey, great job on the podcast. I just listened to the episode from last week, and that conversation was so good. Is there more that we can be doing with the content that we're capturing? I feel like it's a gold mine. Welcome to stage three. I'm Lindsay Tjepkema, a lifelong marketer and proud CEO and co- founder of Casted, the B2B marketing platform for brand podcasters. And I've teamed up with experts across the top sales and marketing teams in the world to detail each of the five stages of this maturity curve and what you can do to launch and grow a show with confidence. Speaker 2: So here we were providing a strategic initiative on which we wanted to get in front of influencers and start creating our community of CX champions, which became huge. That's what the podcast did for us.

Speaker 3: We launched it, then we turned it into a blog post, and we also promoted it in the newsletter. So we call it solar systeming our content.

Speaker 4: I think a lot of times, especially within the B2B MarTech space, we forget this major element of it, which I think goes into a whole deeper conversation that we should have. Entertainment.

Speaker 5: They can recognize that we're really just trying to help them, and that translates to more listens per listener as well as more shares per listener.

Speaker 6: We even have clients or prospects who say to our sales team, " Hey, can I be on the podcast?" That's happened.
