03:49 MIN

Ryan Dunn: Hello, everyone. I'm Ryan Dunn and I'm the Director of Insurance over here at Trava. And in this video, we will be going over how to run an insurance readiness report. A quick reminder to everybody as to why the insurance readiness report is so crucial for us to win new business and to retain our current clients is that we're moving from a reactive stance to a proactive stance. So as you can see here, we've already created a client Trava security. We will dig into their client environment. A key element to running an insurance readiness report is to have the cyber risk checkup report done and have a current one complete. As you can see here, we've already done one. And as a quick reminder, to create another one, you simply click start vulnerability assessment in the top right and you enter in all the domains in the cyber risk checkup area right here. An additional key element is having an insurance readiness report completed. Now, you should already have this information, either a prior application that the client or prospect has filled out, or if you don't, you can simply add the client or their external and internal IT staff to the platform or you can simply just go over it with them on the phone. Our agency partners use a mix of those different strategies. For the sake of time, I've completed one already, but I will show you that you access it by clicking start control survey, click insurance readiness, and click start survey. Like I said, I had already completed an insurance readiness survey for the sake of time. As you go through these questions, you will get to the end where you click submit. That will submit and produce results. Now, what's so great about these results, is it is going to not only provide their risk, but what's their maturity in each of these control frameworks that the insurance carriers are paying attention to. It seems Trava's pretty good so far, but we need a little bit of improvement. Now that the control survey is already complete and the vulnerability scan is already complete, the way we generate the report is we go back to our broker dashboard, we click the three dots on the right- hand side and we click create insurance readiness report. And that will generate an insurance readiness report. So I thank you for taking the time to view this video and sometimes this takes about 30 seconds to one minute to generate. Now that we've completed the insurance readiness report, it is good to go and great to ship off to our clients. Now, if we dig into this insurance readiness report a little bit, you'll see that the main difference between this report and any carrier report or any cyber risk checkup report you run through Trava is that this is going to be an action- based report. Hey, client, you need to fix these three things in order for us to go out to renewal. These are in the key recommendations section. As for increasing insurability, improving pricing, improving coverage, we'll have additional recommendations. Like I said, all action- based. A good point to note about the insurance readiness report, Trava and our cyber risk checkup reports, is that we provide a security engineer assistance for you to go over this with your clients, prospects, and even your carrier partners. So please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you would like for us to review this with your partners. Thank you again for your time and I'll see you on the next video.
