He has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate representing institutional and private equity clients in the acquisition as well as disposition of income producing properties, and development opportunities. Brian is a top producer and has been involved in over $25 billion of Industrial acquisitions and dispositions. In 2023, Brian (and team) completed 41 Industrial transactions totalling 13.9 million square feet representing $3.2 billion in total value.

Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets, where he was an industrial acquisition officer responsible for acquiring assets and forming development joint ventures in U.S and headed up the pursuit of national industrial portfolios.
