Robert Dobrzycki is the CEO and Co-owner of Panattoni in Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. He founded Panattoni Europe in 2005, leading it over two decades of dynamic growth to become the largest industrial real estate developer in Germany, Poland, and across Europe.
In addition to his role at Panattoni, Robert is the Co-owner and Founder of several ventures, including Blue Assets, Harden Construction, Newport Fund, and owner of the Polish football club Widzew.

To date, Panattoni has delivered 24 million square meters of industrial space in Europe, with more than 15 million square meters completed in Poland alone. Headquartered in Warsaw, the company operates across 16 European countries, as well as in India and Saudi Arabia. In the first half of 2024, Panattoni commenced construction of a landmark £900 million development in Swindon, UK, further expanding its footprint. The company also provides services in the Baltic states.

In 2024, Robert established the Robert Dobrzycki Foundation, dedicated to fostering social development and promoting Poland and Polish entrepreneurship on the international stage.
Robert holds a degree from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is passionate about golf, football, and literature.
