This represents an attractive buying opportunity for nimble investors.

Victor is an MIT-trained Urban Planner and Real Estate Executive currently overseeing the growth of the largest economy in Virginia (GDP $138 billion). Having worked in the public and private sectors, his career has taken him from Wall Street to Main Street, and he has expanded economies from Los Angeles/Long Beach to the Mid-Atlantic region. At FCEDA, Mr. Hoskins has led a team that has secured more than $3 billion in capital investment working with companies that have announced the creation of more than 47,000 jobs and nearly 7.5 million sq. ft. of commercial office space.

Cathy Delcoco is a Vice Chair within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction services group, specializing in the corporate representation of clients in the government contracting, media and technology industries. She joined CBRE in 1989 and has continually been recognized as a top performer for the company. In the last five years, Cathy and her team have closed more than 950 transactions, totaling over $3 billion and 20-plus million sq. ft.
