Cindy Goyer: My name is Cindy Goyer. I am VP of operations and services.Interviewer: Describe Trava in three words.Cindy Goyer: I would say we are flexible and trusted, and we are also very fun.Interviewer: If you could give your 13- year- old self advice, what would it be?Cindy Goyer: It would be just to be fearless about everything. Any challenges that come your way, just tackle them ahead on and learn from your mistakes.Interviewer: What has been your favorite project at Trava?Cindy Goyer: We recently completed Travathon, and it was a company brainstorming event where we went in, had cross- functional teams, and presented our project at the end of that event, and came up with a lot of great brainstorming and ideas for Trava in the future.Interviewer: Most controversial question I have, cats or dogs?Cindy Goyer: Definitely dogs. I've had two dogs over the past 17 years. So yeah, definitely dogs.
